One of the principles I live by is Clarity over Visibility.

It's easy to fill a website with job titles, achievements and lengthy résumés. They certainly make someone visible, but they don't necessarily help you understand how that person thinks.

So I've chosen a different approach.

You won't find every role I've held, every organisation I've worked with, or every project I've been involved in. Some of those stories belong to the organisations and people who placed their trust in me, and I believe they should stay there.

What I can share are the lessons, experiences and perspectives that have shaped the way I approach challenges. If they resonate with you, perhaps we've already found common ground.
